Woodbury is a registered investment company that finances Rwandan small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”) for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders.

Strategy

• Build a portfolio of profitable companies with excellent long term growth opportunities and partner with them for through investment, business training, and spiritual development
• Work in coordination with local government and financial institutions including the Rwanda Development Board, the Business Development Fund and micro-finance institutions and banks
• Primary focus is on business to business companies in the following areas:
  • Construction
  • Agribusiness
  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics
  • Telecommunications
  • Information Technology
  • Business Services
• Invest in companies at a measured pace that is appropriate for their market and capacity
• Customize each investment to the needs of the SME which may include loans, equity, equipment leasing or royalty financing. 
• Maximum financing over time per company is 50,000,000 RWF
• Support existing investment companies through active communication, reporting, skills training, Christian business mentorship and networking within the Woodbury family of companies.
